Today Microsoft released Exchange 2007 SP1 RU5 to the Microsoft download center, this will not be available on Microsoft Update until about Dec 9,2008

Installed with no problems. Whew!
I have put it on over 20 servers with no issues and it fixed an issue we had with entourage users so I am happy.
